This Genuine Yamaha fuel tank tap comes complete with the tank to tap O ring and features 3 positions, On, Off and Reserve. Please note the knob is a seperate item and not supplied with the tap. With the bolt holes having 34mm centres and a single outlet to suit 5mm-6mm hose it fits:
